Ergonomics training is recommended for anyone who may perform repetitive or strenuous tasks as part of their job. Although it may not be required, ergonomics training will help to prevent injury.
Not long, and we've done our best to keep the training interesting. The video portion will take about an hour, making the total course time close to 1 hr 30 min for most people.
After watching the training videos, you should do just fine on the test. That said, you may retake the test as many times as you need to pass it. The test questions change each time, making no two tests identical.
